We are the full service workroom for you whether you already know what you want or have no idea where to start. We want you to be confident that you have made an investment in your home, and that you will benefit from the added enjoyment of your home.
All of our work is custom. We cater to every detail on each piece according to our clients needs and desires. Our work is excellent and our goal is to please our clients. We spend the time to accomplish this by guiding you through a design process. The design process was created to streamline your time and ours to determine whether custom work is for you before any charges are incurred.
Step 1: Fill out our form to help guide us in the process of creating your custom pieces. Take photos of the windows, and rooms you wish to work on, and add titles. Also take photos of any bedding needs, re-upholstery, etc. Email photos and form to us. Attach any photos of ideas that you like. You can also check out our posts on facebook, instagram and pinterest.
Step 2a: Discuss the information over the phone so that we can clarify what you want us to create.
Step 2b: We have a library of work we have done to view, and 25 years of ideas compiled to help with the process. There is a fee to come to your home to consult, at which time we measure, go over treatment ideas, fabric samples and hardware, to plan every aspect of your project. The fee is $75 for the first hour and $50 per hour after that.
Step 3: We will send you a quote via email, which you will sign to approve the work and return along with the required deposit.
Exact deposit will be stated on quote and is generally ½ of the total amount.
Step 4: When you are providing the fabric and hardware, we will provide yardages and quantities and sources for you to make your choices if needed.
Step 5: Begin work, finish and install
Step 6: Final payment is due when work is delivered, picked up or installed.
